The contract amount cannot change unilaterally. If hidden problems surface (for example, dangerous old wiring in a resale apartment) — we stop, show you photos, and agree the solution and price in writing. No extra work happens without your approval.
Cosmetic — from 3 weeks, full renovation in a new build — from 2 months, designer or resale apartments — from 3 months. The completion date is fixed in the contract; if we're late through our own fault, we pay a penalty.
Whatever suits you. Usually we buy the rough materials (at supplier prices, receipts provided) and choose the finishing materials together. You can also buy everything yourself — we'll give you an exact list with quantities.
Yes — the process is built for that. Every working day you get a photo report in your chat; stages are accepted remotely by photo and video; on request we install a camera on site. Many of our clients manage their renovation entirely from another country.
There's no large prepayment. A small advance covers rough materials — with receipts — and after that you pay per accepted stage.
You point out the defects at acceptance — we fix them before the stage is paid. That's exactly what stage-by-stage acceptance is for.
Yes: you sign a contract with MULKBOR LLC and receive full closing documents. The 1-year warranty is written into the contract.
